TEP_EQUAL_ELDERLY. The Initative, highlighting the added value of elderly workers

What do we mean by Elderly Plans?

Elderly Plans are tailor-made measures, methods and agreements aiming at facilitating access or continuation of employment for elderly workers.

Objective of Elderly Plans is the achievement of an age-neutral Human Resource Policy and corporate culture, realizing the potential for enterprises in strategically using the experiences and the willingness of elderly workers to take responsibility – for the benefit of employees and companies.

Individual occupational activities, work flows and general structural frameworks will be arranged keeping in mind age-based factors to facilitate maximum productivity for elderly workers.

Contributing to an “Austrian Strategy for Elderly”, different models of Elderly Plans will be defined, developed, tested and evaluated in the framework of TEP_EQUAL_ELDERLY. The results will be made available to an extended network of information disseminators.
