AlternativesALTERnativen – Re-integration–inclusion–qualification is a thematic network, consisting of four EQUAL development partnerships: [ AGEpowerment ], [ U-TURN ], [ G-P-S generations- potential-strength ] and TEP_EQUAL_ELDERLY.
All participating development partnerships take measures for elderly workers and aim at making their contribution in meeting the challenges of an “Ageing society”.
Until 2007 the thematic network will deal with the following issues:

- Motivation of/in favor of persons over the age of 45
- Implementation of motivation strategies to mobilize stakeholders for a redefinition of the “demographic development”
